- Display of the Philippine Flag: In schools, offices, and residences of teaching and non-teaching personnel from May 15 to June 30, 2025.
- Symposium and/or Round Table Discussion: To raise awareness on the event and propagate values like nationalism, patriotism, and love of country.
- Month-long Sharing of Insights: During flag raising ceremonies at Regional Offices and Schools Division Offices, spearheaded by Araling Panlipunan Supervisors.
- Other Creative and Fitting Activities.
Specific Events and Participation Details:
- 127th National Flag Day Celebration (May 28, 2025, 8:00 a.m.):
- Venue: Heritage Park, Miguel Santo Alapan II-B, Imus, Cavite City.
- Participants: Concerned officials (Central Office, Region, Division), non-teaching personnel, and PTA members from nearby schools in Region IV-A and the Schools Division Office of Imus City.
- Simultaneous Flag Raising and Wreath-laying Ceremonies (June 12, 2025, 7:00 a.m.):
- Various Historical Sites and Venues:
- Rizal National Monument, Rizal Park Manila (100 participants from NCR, Region III, Region IV-A, and nearby SDOs).
- Emilio Aguinaldo Shrine, Kawit, Cavite (100 participants from Region IV-A, SDOs of Cavite Province and Cavite City).
- Andres Bonifacio National Monument, Caloocan City (100 participants from NCR, Schools City Division of Caloocan).
- Barasoain Church Historical Landmark, Malolos, Bulacan (100 participants from Region III, Schools City Division of Malolos).
- Spirit of Pinaglabanan Monument, Pinaglabanan Shrine, San Juan City (100 participants from NCR, Schools City Division of San Juan).

- Proposed Participants: Volunteer non-teaching personnel and PTA members.
- NCR: 400 participants (all divisions).
- Region III: 300 participants (SDO of Bulacan, Pampanga; SDOs of Baliwag City, Meycauyan City, Bulacan, Pampanga, Angeles City, Mabalacat, Malolos, City of San Fernando).
- Region IV-A: 300 participants (SDO of Cavite, Laguna, Rizal; SDOs of Cavite, Antipolo, Bacoor, Biñan, Imus, Dasmariñas, Sta. Rosa, Gen. Trias, San Pedro, and Sto. Tomas).
Financial Provisions:
- 2025 Building Partnership and Linkages Program (BPLP): To cover travel expenses and per diem of the Technical Working Group (TWG), meals, documentation, supplies, materials, preparatory, and other incidental expenses from May 28-June 30, 2025.
- Local Funds: To cover exhibitors' travel expenses from various DepEd offices and participating schools, and materials production (flyers, tarpaulins, etc.).
- LGU/Local School Board Funds: May authorize and charge travel expenses, meals, and preparation expenses of teachers and learners from participating LGUs.
Service Credits for Teachers:
- Teachers attending activities on weekends or holidays will receive one day of service credit for each weekend/holiday the activity falls on, as per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003, as amended by DO 84, s. 2003.
- Participation of teachers from public and private schools is purely voluntary and must not hamper instructional time.
