"REASONABLE" WORKLOAD TO THE LEARNERS - DEPED OFFICIAL

            

Due to students' numerous complaints about the overload school works, The Department of Education (DepEd) official urges public teachers to give "reasonable" school related activities last Monday, February 1, 2021. 

According to Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction at the Department of Education, Diosdado M. SAn Antonio emphasized that some modules must be optional to avoid students suffereing from burnout. 

During the virtual briefing, he said, "Sila na po mismo ang mag-aagree kung ano iyong reasonable [workload] kasi ayaw naman natin na iyong excitement ng mga bata na matuto ay ma-convert into burnout."

He added,"Kung ano lang iyong kaya ng bata, iyon lang muna ang isumite. Hindi naman ito dapat panahon na super higpit tayo,".
